Wayne Grajewski is a trial lawyer who focuses primarily on real estate and commercial litigation. He has over 40 years of litigation experience and has tried over 75 cases. Mr. Grajewski has also won numerous published appellate cases.
Some of the types of matters in which Mr. Grajewski has successfully represented clients include the prosecution and defense of fraud actions and breach of contract actions, receivership and judicial foreclosure actions, specific performance actions, commercial landlord – tenant actions, easement and boundary actions, CC&R litigation, and real estate broker and appraiser actions.
Examples of Mr. Grajewski’s experience include:
- Obtaining a complete defense judgment for a national supermarket chain in defending against a multi-million-dollar claim by the joint owner of a shopping center. Judgment was upheld on appeal and the client recovered over $650,000 in attorney’s fees.
- On summary judgment obtaining a $9 million judgment against the guarantors of a bank loan.
- Successfully suing one of the nation’s largest luxury home builders for breach of its contract to construct a residential subdivision.
- Obtaining a defense verdict for a major real estate developer over an alleged $1.2 million loan commission for a high profile, multi-million-dollar mixed-use development.
